Return and Refund Policy

If you are dissatisfied with you bracelet, if it is defective in any way simply send us and email and we are happy to exchange it for a new one (unlikely it will be the same hostage‘s name).

Because 100% of our net proceeds are donated to Jewish Federations of North America (JFNA) we are unable to issue a refund. Thus all sales are final. 

If (G-d willing) the hostage who‘s name inscribed on your bracelet is freed or in the terrible event we learn of their death (z’l) please contact us and we will send you another bracelet for the cost of shipping and handling $5.00.
